Is Blendin free? +
Yes — free during beta. We're focused on making matches excellent before thinking about pricing. If that changes, current members keep their access.
How do you review profiles? +
We check your LinkedIn to make sure you're a real professional, then look at your goals and interests. The bar is "someone our members would be glad to meet" — so cold-mining recruiters and anonymous accounts won't get in.
How often do I get matched? +
Every two weeks while your profile is active. You can pause anytime — no matches get wasted on someone who can't show up.
What if I'm not happy with a match? +
Both sides opt in before any contact is shared. If a match doesn't look right, skip it — no awkwardness, no notification to the other person. We adjust for next round.
Online or in person? +
Both. Most first conversations happen on video — works across time zones. If you're in the same city and want to meet for coffee, you figure that out together.
How long is a conversation? +
20–30 minutes is the default. Enough to get past the surface, short enough that a bad match costs almost nothing. If it's a great one, you'll both know — and you can continue on your own terms.
